With the temps rising and sun shining, we’ve noticed that many of our AKT clients and trainers are skipping their usual subway and taxi rides for more exciting and heart rate revving transportation.  One of the best ways to get warmed up before your AKT sweat session, is to get moving before class begins by:
  • Forget the taxi…riding your bike is the perfect lower body warm-up
  • Coming across town? Jog through the park to get your heart rate up while enjoying the Summer scenery
  • Waiting for the elevator?  Take the stairs!
