Where are you from?
I’m originally from New York City, New York.
I graduated with a BFA in Dance at The University of Michigan.

Why is it important for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
It is important for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle because it enables me to feel and look my absolute best! I am more awake throughout the day once I release those endorphins, I sleep better at night, and I am always happy!

What does it take to make through an AKT workout?
In order to make it through an AKT workout, I DEFINITELY need to make sure I stay hydrated before, during, and after class! Also, HAVE FUN! The more fun I am having, the easier the workout is to get through 🙂

How do you unwind after a busy day?
After a long day, I love to unwind by watching mindless TV. “The Bachelor” is definitely my guilty pleasure!!

What is your favorite song of the moment?
“She knows” by Ne-Yo.
