MYTH: Caffeine is toxic for the body.
REALITY: If consumed in moderation
(1 to 2 cups a day of organic, good quality), coffee can actually be good for you. It is full of antioxidants, helps burn fat, and boosts your performance when exercising. However, caffeine overload can have devastating effects such as anxiety, acid indigestion, high blood pressure, and insomnia.
