Arugula Salad with Thin.i.Get Dressing from Lauren Slayton (@Foodtrainers)

1-2 cups arugula
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (Yellow or Red)
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/2 jar of Tonnino Tuna (we used Lemon Pepper flavor)
Thin.i.Get Dressing
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 TB Brown Rice Miso
2 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Whisk and pour over salad..
