1) I found AKT through one of the trainers, Tucker, who I grew up dancing with in Montana. She invited me to take her practice class and I immediately fell in love with the workout!
2) I love working at AKT because of the people. I feel so lucky to work with such an amazing team who support each other and genuinely want to provide the best service to our clients!
3) In my free time I enjoy getting lost in a good book, hanging out with friends, or exploring the city. I’m a bit of a foodie, so I absolutely love experiencing the different food and culture NYC has to offer!
4) A fun fact about me is I was named after a wildflower that’s native to Montana (called the Heartleaf Arnica Montana), which is where I’m from!
