Is knowing the moves and steps from previous streaming videos stopping you from downloading a Happy Hour Workout? Then this month’s new workout is for you.

The One Night Stand Workout is 38 min of just cardio and no previous ‘streaming dance experience’ is required. We are starting you off with a clean dance card. Get your dance on and satisfy your cardio fix all in one fun workout. BTW – Dancing is the best medicine.
