Spiced Tropical Kale Smoothie

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 dash cinnamon
