How did you get into dance/personal training?
I’ve been dancing since I was three and was always into fitness from a young age. When attending college for Dance, I decided I wanted to supplement it with a minor in Exercise Science and continued to incorporate fitness into my life while auditioning and working in the dance field.
Whats your favorite AKT class?
When I get a chance I like to pop into Happy Hour because every teacher has a different way of moving and it’s great to learn from everyone.
What’s your favorite snack?
Hmmmm…apples… clementines… and…almond, cashew, dried cranberry sorta trail mix!
