Whether I am teaching a class, circuit training, taking a class, going on a hike, run, walk, swim, or adventure, I ALWAYS feel better. Knowing that I accomplished something and having a feeling of happiness (ENDORPHINS!!) at the end keeps me inspired and motivated to move!

Besides dancing, I love swimming! There are so many benefits to swimming. Swimming keeps your heart rate up with less stress on the body. You also target muscles that sometimes don’t get the right amount of attention. Deep core stabilizers! You’re trying to keep afloat while your arms and legs are moving, therefore your deep core and back muscles get targeted which are great for men and especially for women.
