Seasonal Cleanse

Finding the right timing for cleanses can be challenging. Clients often ask me; “When is the right time to do a cleanse?  What is the best type of cleanse?” How many should I do in a year?”  As a rule of thumb, if there are no pressing issues, seasonal changes are a perfect time to schedule a detox, cleanse or “reset” treatment.

The benefits of a gentle seasonal cleanse can extend far beyond the physical elimination of toxins, resulting in improved mental clarity and emotional stability, balanced blood sugar, increased vital energy, and greater strength, flexibility, and stamina. I usually feel and think better after a cleanse, my skin glows and feels very soft and I tend to lose a bit of weight. It also gives me an opportunity to feel connected to my body and be grateful for the amazing work it does for me every single day!

Why you should do a gentle cleanse now?

Toxins build up in our cells over time from the pollutants in the air, water, caffeine and alcohol we drink; foods we eat and the stress we put our bodies under on a daily basis. The master filter in our body, the liver, works to cleanse the body of these toxins to keep them from disrupting its normal functions and operations — essentially, keeping you healthy. Seasonal cleanses are a great way to clear the unnecessary clutter and toxins from our bodies so we can maximize the transformative energy of the season to attain greater health, vitality, and well-being.

I believe that cleansing with targeted seasonal foods is one of the best ways to give your body a full tune up and support its natural self-cleaning system. This is why I have put together the 7-Day Seasonal Cleanse Kit.

AKT 7-Day Seasonal Cleanse Kit includes:

  • Seasonal recipes and meal guides for 7 Days of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • 30 min cleanse coaching session (via phone)
  • 7-Day gentle herbal supplements detox kit
